Email us

We run one contact address for everything: [email protected]. There is no phone line, no live chat and no support ticket system — a single monitored inbox is what a one-tool site can genuinely staff, so we would rather say that plainly than list channels nobody answers.

Target response time is 48 hours on weekdays. Messages that arrive Friday evening are usually answered Monday. Putting a clear tag at the start of the subject line gets you a faster reply, because it routes the mail before anyone opens it:

Subject line starts with Use it for Typical reply
[BUG] The copy button, the tool output or a name that will not save in game Within 48 hours
[REMOVAL] Copyright complaints and requests to take content down Reviewed within 5 working days
[PRIVACY] Questions about data, cookies or advertising on this site Within 48 hours
[FEEDBACK] Ideas, corrections and anything we got wrong Read every time, replied when useful
One inbox, four tags — the routing convention we actually use.

Who operates this site

FreeFireSpace is an independent project run by a single private individual, publishing under the editorial name FreeFireSpace Editorial. It is not a registered company, and it has no office address or public phone number to give you — email is the whole contact surface, and we would rather state that than dress the site up as something larger than it is.

The site has been online since February 2025 and does one job: a free browser tool that copies the invisible space character U+00A0 so you can build a spaced, blank or invisible Free Fire name. We do not publish under a fabricated author name, a stock photo or invented credentials — you can read how we test and verify what we publish on our About page.

Non-affiliation: FreeFireSpace is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Garena or Free Fire. “Free Fire” and “Garena” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the tool is for. The blank space is a public Unicode character, not a hack or a modified client, and Garena may change how the name field validates characters in any patch.

Report a bug with the tool

Bug reports are the messages we act on fastest, because the tool is the whole site. Send [BUG] to [email protected] and include these four things — with them we can usually reproduce the problem the same day, without them we normally cannot reproduce it at all:

  1. Your device and browser — for example “Android 13, Chrome” or “iPhone, Safari”. Clipboard behaviour differs a lot between them.
  2. The current Free Fire OB version you are on. Name-field rules change between patches; our notes are stamped per OB for exactly this reason.
  3. What you tried — a single space, several spaces, a fully blank name, or an invisible name.
  4. What the game showed you — the exact error text, or simply that the Confirm button stayed greyed out.

Before you write, it is worth checking our running notes on whether the space trick still works after the latest patch — when an OB update breaks the method, that page is where we post the finding and any workaround first. If the step order in game is what is confusing you rather than the character itself, the step-by-step guide to putting a space in your Free Fire name walks through the current flow.

Content removal & copyright complaints

If something we published infringes your copyright or should not be online, email [REMOVAL] to [email protected]. We review every request ourselves within 5 working days and take down anything we cannot justify keeping — we do not require a lawyer’s letter first, and we do not charge for a takedown.

To let us act rather than write back asking for details, a complete request tells us: the exact URL on freefirespace.com, which element on it you mean (a paragraph, an image, a name in a list), what right you hold and where the original is published, and a way to reach you. A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised helps, and it is the same information a formal DMCA notice would carry.

Two things worth knowing before you write. First, if you want your own in-game name removed from an example on this site, say so and we will replace it — no proof of ownership needed, we will simply take your word for it. Second, we cannot remove anything from Free Fire itself: an account name, a profile, a clan tag or a report against you lives on Garena’s servers, and only Garena support can change it.

Privacy and data requests

The tool runs entirely in your browser: the name you type into it is never sent to us, never stored and never logged. The one exception is the site search box — anything typed there travels in the web address and lands in our ordinary server log, so paste a nickname into the tool rather than into search. Everything we do collect is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the rules for using the tool are in the Terms of Use.

For anything the policy does not answer — cookies, analytics, advertising, or a request relating to data you believe we hold — send [PRIVACY] to [email protected] and we will answer in writing.

What we cannot help with

A large share of the mail we receive is meant for Garena, not for us. We are an independent fan tool with no access to any Free Fire account, so writing to us about the items below only costs you time. Garena’s in-game Settings → Feedback form, or the official Free Fire support site, is the correct route for all of them:

  • Banned, hacked or lost accounts — we cannot see, restore or unban any account.
  • Diamonds, top-ups and refunds — we never handle payments, and we will never ask you for one.
  • Name-change cards and rewards — these are issued in game; we only supply the character you paste into the field.
  • Reporting another player — use the in-game report button; we have no moderation powers.
  • Redeem codes and free-diamond offers — we do not issue codes, and anyone claiming to do so in our name is not us.

We will never ask for your Free Fire password, your one-time login code or a payment, in email or anywhere else. If a message claims to come from FreeFireSpace and asks for any of those, it is not from us — forward it to [email protected] and delete it.
